PAY-PER-VISIT CARE Ideal for students who need occasional medical care without a membership.

• Mobile Visit – $119 • Telehealth – $89 • In-Office – $99 • Telephone Clinical Guidance – $49 • Point-of-care testing available as medically indicated; fees vary (strep, flu/COVID/RSV, mono, UTI, etc.)

Pay-per-visit patients receive the same high-quality, evidence-based medical care but do not receive membership benefits such as complimentary visits, priority scheduling, enhanced provider access, secure messaging between visits, care coordination, prescription management between visits, parent communication (with student consent), preferred testing prices, or member discounts.

PREFERRED MEMBERSHIPS

Peace of Mind – $99/month 1 complimentary concierge visit/semester, beginning-of-semester health planning call, and ER/urgent care record review with care coordination.

Campus Care – $149/month Includes Peace of Mind benefits + 1 additional visit (2 total/semester), reduced weekend/after-hours fees, post-visit health coaching, and 10% off IV therapy, injections, and cash-pay labs.

Premier – $199/month Includes Campus Care benefits + 1 additional visit (3 total/semester), unlimited secure messaging, no weekend/after-hours visit fees, 1 complimentary medically indicated point-of-care test/semester, and 15% off IV therapy, injections, and cash-pay labs.

Membership enrollment is by phone only. One-semester commitment, paid in 4 monthly installments.

Meet Dawn Hudgins, MSN, APRN, FNP-C Founder, Campus Concierge NP

Healthcare has always been more than my profession—it’s my passion. With more than 30 years of nursing experience, I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients in emergency medicine, home health, school nursing, wound management, palliative care, hospital case management, utilization review, and primary care. Those experiences have taught me that the best healthcare is not only knowledgeable—it is compassionate, accessible, and personal.

As a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, University of South Carolina alumna, former school nurse, and the mother of college students, I understand both sides of the journey. I know what it’s like to be a healthcare provider, and I also know how it feels to be a concerned parent with a student living away from home.

That is what inspired me to create Campus Concierge NP.

Campus Concierge NP was founded with one simple goal in mind: to make quality healthcare easier and more accessible for college students and to provide extra peace of mind for the families that love them.

I understand that getting sick while away from home can be stressful—for both students and their families. While university health centers provide valuable services, and we are not here to replace them, we know that students sometimes need care outside of regular business hours, on weekends, during school breaks, or simply another convenient local healthcare option. Campus Concierge NP was created to help fill that gap.

Campus Concierge NP offers personalized telehealth, mobile, and in-office care for common illnesses and minor injuries, rapid diagnostic testing, laboratory services, and wellness support. Whether a student is dealing with a sore throat, sinus infection, flu-like symptoms, a urinary tract infection, dehydration, or another acute health concern, our goal is to provide timely, evidence-based care that helps them recover quickly and return to class and campus life with minimal disruption.

At Campus Concierge NP, every patient is treated with compassion, respect, and individualized attention—not rushed through a crowded waiting room. We believe healthcare should be convenient, accessible, and centered around the unique needs of students navigating life away from home.
